A Mr. Tammen from Soudan addressed the board. He was concerned that two of our commissioners had attended a meeting where hate speech was part of the discussion by the leaders. One of the Commissioners said there were going to be more of these they plan to attend. The meetings are very much in opposition to the Clean Water Act and put on by a property rights group, Mr. Tammen explained. The Commissioner sort of glossed over that.
